How It Works ?

We are dealing with both parties in the most simplified methodology.

1. All parties (buyers and sellers) agrees to escrow.my’s terms
- Upon successfully registered at Escrow.my, both parties – buyer(s) and seller(s) agree to the terms of transaction, inclusive of description of merchandise, sale price, number of days of the buyer(s)’ inspection and any relevant shipping information.

2. Buyer Pays Escrow.my
- Assuming a buyer is interested in buying an item, buyer(s) submit(s) available payment options. Escrow.,y verifies the payment and processing time interval of each merchandise transactions vary by payment method / geographical location / natural disaster and etc.

3. Seller ship terms / merchandises
- Upon payment verification, seller is authorised to perform shipping for the merchandise and tracking information MUST be submited. Escrow.my at last verifies the buyer to receive the shipping.

4. Buyer accepts the item(s) / merchandise(s)
- A number of days (not more than 3 days upon receiving) for inspection / option to reject goods is set by the buyer.

5. Escrow.my pays the Seller
- Seller is paid by the method selected during transaction registration. The transaction will then be completed
